Tip: Advise

In the direction of the above ingredients, sift the eggs and yolks to avoid the egg taste and smell, and mix everything well.

Tip: For your quindim to be very yellow, use yolks and eggs from free-range chickens.

Then grease and sprinkle refined or powdered sugar in a pudding or cake tin with a central hole, and place the quindim mixture there.

Tip: If you want to prepare individual quindins, just distribute the preparation in patty molds, also greased and sprinkled with sugar.

Bake the Palmirinha quindim in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 45 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test. Then just let it cool, unmold and enjoy!
